Fill out the appropriate boxes online and print the form. Take the form to the event and have the event coordinator sign the form. Turn in the form to Student Development. They will log the volunteer time and return the form to one of the local chapter officers or faculty advisor who will route it to the local chapter Vice-President and your point total will be updated.
